Teams of 3 relay wod. Each team member must finish the 200m before moving on. For all other movements, first team member must finish before second can start. Example. Person 1 completes 20 wallballs. When they finish, they move to burpees and person 2 begins wallballs. When they finish, person 3 begins. If you finish your movement before the team member infront of you completes the next movement, you rest until they are done.
With an 15 minute cap:
200m sandbag relay run, then…
AMRAP (remaining time)
20 box jumps
20 db squat clean and press/jerk
8 min cap
15 box jumps
15 ab-mat situps
Mobility: shoulders – hips – ankles

1 person climbs the rope,while others do the following randomly selected exercises:
Walkouts (inch worm)
* the exercise will end when person comes down from rope (modified: 4 rope climbs from back on ground to standing position).
